As we transition from young guys, two things often change: we move less and consume more food.

As our metabolisms slow, and we gain some weight – possibly just a bit or maybe much more than originally planned – our metabolisms become less efficient, leading to fat storage in our bodies.

Like most guys, you might chalk this up to an inevitable part of aging; like losing hair or experiencing reduced sexual drive.

We have two words of advice for you: Don’t do that.

Contrary to what may have been suggested, losing weight quickly, getting back in shape, and improving quality of life doesn’t require extensive efforts or drastic lifestyle changes.
