Most trainers, coaches, nutritionists and therapists understand the power of nutrition to assist injury recovery; however, from lecturing around the globe I’ve observed that few know exactly how to utilize food and supplements in this way.

When an acute injury strikes a client or athlete, treatment typically entails nothing beyond providing more water, topical homeopathic creams/gels, glucosamine/chondroitin combinations and perhaps topical homeopathy treatments.

That is why we’re delighted to bring you this five-part video series, recorded live at the 2012 Fit Pro Convention in Loughborough, England.
