Even if you have a busy lifestyle, you can still achieve weight loss, become more fit, and reach your fitness goals.
Just follow a straightforward exercise plan, build up an evolving nutritional plan and work with an experienced coach who can assist in this journey.
“Man, I wish we could train like we used to!
Last time we met up, one of my former high school classmates told me this.
“With my young children, expanding business and other responsibilities taking priority in my life… there simply doesn’t seem to be enough time for me to get in shape!”
My buddy had gained approximately 30 pounds since graduating high school – all fat without a trace of muscle growth.
He shared that both his cholesterol and blood pressure had skyrocketed, leaving him lethargic and sometimes even feeling depressed.
“I really need to do something about this,” he declared with his hand on his stomach, “and I want to feel great again, but where am I gonna find time to work out like we used to?”
As I sat there, it was impossible not to feel for him.
He’s an exceptional individual with an amazing wife, two young children, a growing consulting business and two elderly parents he assists in caring for – so it was heartbreaking to witness his struggling.
But here’s the thing: he needn’t feel this way.
Men can still manage busy lives while also maintaining health and fitness goals.
I know, because I am one of them.
My daily life can be very hectic with being married, having two small children, managing a growing company and various other commitments; yet somehow health and fitness remain top of mind for me.
What’s more: our team assists thousands of other busy, high-stress men every single day with getting into shape and managing their health.
And, if you want to look and feel great again, we are here to assist you as well.
Once again, my advice to my buddy was: Forget what we did in high school as the only means of getting in shape.
Truth be told, what we were doing back then was quite stupid. Weight training for an hour or two every other day except Sunday? Talk about an inefficient use of time and energy!
As times have progressed, however, so has our attention. Now it seems we have more time and energy available for productive purposes! Oh how times have changed!
Well, had we known better or had proper coaching, maybe things would have turned out differently. Instead, we spent too much time in the gym doing unsustainable and ineffective workouts.
No doubt we were physically fit, but that was because of being young with great metabolisms and sticking with our program rather than its benefits.
Of course, many of the ailments we endure today — like sore knees, tight shoulders, or painful elbows — could be attributable to our amateurish high school training regimens.
