Selecting appropriate foods and supplements can hasten injury recovery, yet is often neglected.

Trainers, coaches, nutritionists and therapists generally understand that food and supplements can play a vital role in injury recovery; however, in my lectures around the globe I have discovered that very few practitioners actually know how to utilize this approach with food and supplements.

When an acute injury strikes a client or athlete, nothing much else can be done other than suggesting more water, homeopathic creams and gels, and glucosamine/chondroitin combinations as solutions.

Therefore, we are sharing this 5-part video series shot live at the 2012 Fit Pro Convention in Loughborough, England.

This video series will show you how the body recovers after an injury has been sustained.
