Cameron Lichtwer was disappointed with my nutrition advice, so I made it more of a challenge for him.

Cameron was no stranger to exercise and nutrition; as an instructor with the British Columbia Personal Training Institute, strength coach, and former competitive athlete himself he thought he had seen it all!

But my advice? It was so basic. Wasn’t he much beyond this?

Well, no. What I told him can benefit anyone – from those just beginning their diet journeys to those struggling to eat healthily for years and decades.
